Sealed waveguide RF excited CO2-laser works in pulse-periodic mode.
It is possible to change pulse repetition frequency from 10 Hz up to 75 kHz and pulse duration from 3 up to 250 µs.
Maximum of average power is 40 W, pulse power – up to 150 W.
When pulse ratio less than 10 is necessary water cooling.
